This resort complex is located around 15km away from the center of Tripoli to the west, consisting of the resort hotel, villa, service apartment building, and market on the Mediterranean coast. Our task is to create the best resort complex by effectively utilizing the gorgeous white sand beach and the rocky coastline on which the waves break. This is a joint investment project by Qatari Diar (Qatari national company) and OYIA (Libya), the contract of which was awarded to Daewoo E&C as Design Build with participation of Junglim Architecture as Designer of the whole project. Hilton is supposed to participate as the hotel operation company, and QPM to manage the whole process from design to construction as Project Manager. This project model will be settled as the standard of overseas projects.
