This project was a project that carried out four blocks simultaneously in Bongdam 2 district at the request of the architect. The skyline and layout were confirmed in consideration of all four blocks, and the three buildings on the east side of the C-1 block were terraced to relieve the pressure on the middle school and the east side of the 20m road. The complex is the only large-scale flat unit-generation apartment complex in the C-1 block, and was planned to have a total of 99㎡ type 707 households. the entrance to the complex was one on the east side. It was judged that it was not enough to resolve 1,300 traffic, so the entry and exit route was added to the North. Due to the nature of the long land from north to south, when it was arranged south-facing, the Tonggyeong axis opened strongly in the east-west direction, creating a huge square from the 20m east road, the main road, to the 30m west road. This open space was divided into EL. 26.1m and EL. 29.9m, respectively, reflecting the original ground level. Among the squares at each level, the 26.1m square, where the main entrance is formed, is a public space, and the 29.9m square is a semi-publice space. The step of about 4 meters in the square was planned as community facilities such as fitness, senior citizen center, and management office, so that there was no disconnection due to the level difference, and the entire complex was planned to be used without inconvenience.
