The site include Bucheon station, Yeokgok Station and Sosaeul station within 2km of Sosa station. There are many different schools within 3km and residential complexes are concentrated, which is where profitability is expected. It serves as a new landmark in Sosabon-dong as the center of the district unit planning zone. And it was intended to be an open residential complex where people communicate with the city, nature and people.
The vehicle was safely separated from the walkway and the southward direction was placed in consideration of privacy. Landscape and elevation plans were made to reflect the city and brand image.
