This project involves the remodeling and extension of the College of Medicine building at Korea University, originally constructed in 1991. The project was divided into five phases of construction, starting in 2014, to facilitate a complete interior overhaul (while the building remained occupied), along with a sixth-floor extension and a façade renewal. With the recent completion of neighboring buildings, a new exterior design was necessary to ensure continuity and integrity within the campus, as well as a renewed indoor environment that better accommodates the evolving curriculum.
