In the era of 4th industrial Revolution such as IoT, AI, Big Data, and Hyper connection, a media contents production requires to be more competitive in various areas. It has to be a place with high quality environment to meet the user’s needs, and equip multiplied drama series which overwhelm in existing broadcasting facilities. Furthermore, CJ ENM was trying to secure competitiveness in producing the contents by owning the facilities. With this background and needs, we started designing the number one broadcasting and communication facilities to produce extraordinary and preeminent contents development in Paju city with CJ ENM.
The site is designated as a Unified Dongsan District area to take the charge of cultural and touristic base in Paju city by highlighting it as a symbolic place linked to Heiri Art Village, Gyeonggi Provincial Lifelong Education Promotion Agency and Odusan Unification Observatory.
